About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

I shall be visiting Shanghai and Hong Kong from a cruise ship in February and need a multiple entry Visa.
Please advise where I may obtain one in Costa Rica.

I don't think you need a visa to Hong Kong, as far as I know, citizens of Costa Rica enjoy 30 days visa free to Hong Kong. You need a visa to Shanghai, China. You can apply for it at the Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica.
