My family with 2 adult and 2 children will take a ferry from Hong Kong to Macau, what is the most convenient and cheapest way to go to Sintra Hotel?  We have 2 big luggages and two hand carry luggages.  Thanks.

You can take the free shuttle bus to the hotel from Macau Marine Ferry Terminal. THe hotel is a few minutes's drive from the the terminal. If you do not want to wait for the bus, you can just take a taxi.
