Hi, you can travel by train from Beijing to Tianjin, Tianjin to Qingdao. Dongyang can not be arrived by trian and there is no train from Qingdao to Hangzhou, either. You can get to SHanghai from QIngdao first and then change bullet train to Hangzhou. Hangzhou have trains to Yiwu which is only 20 km from Dongyang. You can take bus to Jinhua City from Dongyang and Jinhua West Train Station has trains to Kowloon, Hong Kong. In fact the train starts from Shanghai and pass Jinhua.
