I'm a student from Philippines and i just want to ask if i apply for a single entry China visa in HK how long it would last?

good day..
i wish to apply for a china tourist visa to visit my mother and my aunt in HongKong. I'm a student from Philippines and i just want to ask if i apply for a single entry visa how long it would last? and how much it cost? and where are your offices here in Philippines? and also what are the requirements needed to apply a tourist visa?
