About:Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia

Good day,
I would like to apply for a business visa to China but I don't have an Iqama in Saudi Arabia because I am not working here. However, my visa to Saudi Arabia is multiple entry so I can still legally come back to Saudi Arabia after staying in China.
Can I apply a visa in Saudi?
Thank you,
Mel

Iqama means Residence Permit like Green Card in the USA. To simplify my question: Can a non-resident of Saudi Arabia apply for a business visa to China? I'm in Saudi Arabia now for some business meetings. Then I have to go to China for some meetings as well. Or do I have to go back to my home country and apply for a visa at the Chinese Embassy there?
Thank you,
Mel

You can try to apply for the China in Saudi Arabia firstly. If the embassy can't issue the visa for you, you can ask them where to apply for the visa.
