I will arrive in Beijing (PEK) at 14:40 on 23/11/09, is it easy to get a conneting flight to Qingdao without a prior booking on the same? Do I have to book the local flights now or not?

There is a flight at 16:45. It is hard to say that whether you can have a ticket on spot. But i advise to book a local flights now. If you book one now, the price is much cheaper. If you buy one after you arrive, you may need to pay full price!
