Hi there i'd apprieciate some input if you can help. My partner brought some caps which he payed in total $115. I spoke to a person on 'live chat' they have on the website and asked if they except credit card but they said only western union My partner paid the money and a person sent him the tracking number via email. We went to the EMS website to track out order but it couldnt find any information.The tracking number is EE134518622CN. I emailed mynatrade and told them the tracking number wasnt working. The person told me not to worry because it takes 24 hours to track an order online. I waited 24 hours, still no luck. It has been the same since friday and we have sent quite a few emails but the company ignored us until today when they sent an email back with photographs of 'evidence' of the invoice. I even tried called the company but the number they use on website doesnt work. We think we have been scammed as the tracking number is not working. Also, i have done alot of research on this company and they seem to have about 4 more websites under different names.If anyone has used any of these websites please let me know.
