About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hello: Ok, please don't lecture me...(i have already been yelled at enough). I am an american who has overstayed in China. I have overstayed for about 6 months. I want to get this situation worked out. Is there anyway i can do this. I am afraid now that if i exit china i will never get to enter again. I have the money to pay the 5000 RMB overstay fee, but i am mostly concerned about getting another visa. Can anybody give me advice? Thanks

You could contact the USA Embassy or Consulate in China for help.

It is possible but it costs money. It is actually best to start the process while you are still in China, rather than leave the country. But you should really get a consultant with connections to help you. Call me at 86-15344868900
