Hello everyone:

I ordered 5 Nokia phones from sd265688 from ioffer.com. Ipaid almost 900US dollars and today I received kids toy phones. Can anyone give me some advice on what I should do. I just found out that paypal doesn't protect your purchases outside of ebay. When I look on the EMS slip the info is all filled in chinese so I can't even get the information of where it was sent from.

I am hoping that somone has some advice for me.

Hi, you are scammed, next time, if you want to buy something from internet, best come to here. This is a good place to verify whether a company is valid.

See my response to number 13 above - same thing happened to me. Paypal will only act if several people complain about the same trader. Seems like Zhou Man is conning many people in this way and Paypal are ignoring the fact that they are making this fraud possible. I suggest you complain to Paypal with as much info as possible even if they say they're not liable. They said they "do not tolerate fraud", but clearly they ARE tolerating it and indeed facilitating it.
