hi ,i just received alien employment licensez visa notification letter from shanghai

Question

hi ,i just received Alien Employment License and Z Visa notification letter from Shanghai today .I've called the travel agency to apply the Z visa for me ,but according to the travel agency ,i need to make a medical check-up at Malaysia before apply the Z visa .Company told me that the medical check-up will be done while i arrive Shanghai .Also the travel agency told me that China Embassy of Malaysia will closed for two days (10th and 11th of Nov ) .Do i need to make a medical check-up here before apply the Z visa ?How much for the Z Visa ?Thanks

I think you have to do a medical check-up in Malaysia for the China Z visa application.The visa fee is 30 Ringgit.
