Hello, I am going to Hangzhou this week. How's the weather and what should I bring to wear?

it's cold these days ,you'd better bring some coat or sweater ,the temperature around 13-19 degree.

In this week, Hangzhou will be controlled by rainfall but the temperature could keep around 20C. So, please wear warm shirt and jacket.
