About:Beijing Travel

Hi,

1. We will be arriving in Tianjin International Airport on 13th Nov.2009 and plan to take a taxi to the Tianjin Railway Station to board a bullet train to
Beijing South Station. We have been informed that there are illegal taxies outside the airport who charge fares three or four times the normal fare. Would anyone advise us on
how to avoid these taxies and get a real airport taxi.

2. We have seen on our TV news that Beijing is hazy now. Is this condition impedes
travelling in Beijing since visibility is poor. What is the situation now and days
to come?

You can easily recognize the real taxies with the “TAXI” mark on the top of the car.
It is not too hazy to impede traveling, please do not worry. However, according to the weather forecast, it is going to snowing in the following three days, remember to wear warm clothes.
