Is there any great event in newsyear (december 31st to January 1st) in Harbin?If I go to Harbin in this date, there will be already all the ice sculptures on place?Thanks.

The sculptures start to be constructed from December, but it will be completely ready after Jan 5. The best place to enjoy the exhibition should be Zhaolin Park and the Ice and Snow World.
