About:Getting to Macau

I arrive from HK and need to go to Zhuhei - do I go only through the Barrier Gate? I have a Chinese Visa but carry US passport. Also, when I return to HK, I have to catch the 7:30 am ferry - are the border crossing start hours still 7 am?

Yes, when you enter into Zhuhai from Macau, you have to pass through the Gongbei Port,where you will accept the check of China customs. Yes, the Gongbei Port is opend from 07:00 everyday. So, if you will take the 07:30 ferry, you have to return to Macau one day in advance.
