Zhongshan is 2-3 hours from Hong Kong and a bit mor ethan one hour by ferry from China ferry Terminal in Tsim SHa Tsui. I know an Indian restaurant in Zhonagshan: Mashala Indian Restaurant Add: No. 12 Yanling Rd., Shiqi District. Shuiniu Clothes Whoelsale market near Fuhua Dao and there are hotels around there too.

Mr. Anuj Tyagi,
There are always vegetables you can order at restaurants in Zhongshan. There are also noodles and bread available everywhere. The problem is I'm not sure what type of oil they use for cooking. THey mostly use corn oil for cooking but sometimes they use oil produced out of pig's fat. The safest is to get some salad in the hotel. Good luck.

Eliza
