Travelling in Mid-Feb'10 with some elderly folks. Can you please advise clothings to wear and would there be any problems finding food because of the Lunar New Year ?

The temperature may be below 10C. It may rain a little around the Spring Festival. Wear sweater and overcoat. For elder people who are afraid of coldness, you can bring fluffy coat for them. May have problem for find the food. More families would like to have New Year's dinner at restaurant. So, it may be a lot of people in restaurant. There are also some small restaurants closed for the New Year.
