About:Embassy & Consulates of Russia in China
Dear All, I am Russian working in China. Would like to bring my family for few weeks to stay with me for New Year. As far as you know, there are some rules to bring children overseas. My wife must has my permission for that action. Question: Can I get such permission for my wife to travel with children to me in Your consulate. If ies. pls advice yours office hours.
