About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Hello,

I am a Panamanian residing in Shanghai, I know that Panama requires a visa to Hong Kong, but does it make any difference the fact that I am living in PRC?

If I need a visa, is there an office here in Shanghai?

I think you have to apply for the visa from the HK SAR Office in Beijing.
