About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I have two things to ask:

1. My daughter, Singaporean (9mths old) is currently at china and has a visa validity from 9 Sep till 9 Dec 09.
No of days is 60days. She entered china on 14 Sep 09 and she will be returning on 14 Nov 09.
I realised that she stays at china for 62 days in total. Does she need to reapply her Visa ?
My wife is a china citizen.

2. My wife intend to invite her relatives to visit singapore during dec period, so what should we do
to ask them over ?
Do my wife apply the visa on their behalf and how many people can she invite them to come over and what are the documents required ?

Your wife can just apply for extension of stay for your daughter from the Public Security Bureau.
There isn't limitation for the number of people your wife can invite.
