Is it possible to get pre-paid mobile phone card which will make local calls in Chengdu and calls back home to Malaysia cheaper as roaming fees is very expensive and we are going to be in Chengdu for 7 days?  If yes, what kind of shops do we go to to get them and how much are there? Thank you.

you can buy the card easily,but when you use the phone call back your country,it`s very expensive,maybe RMB3 one minute.the local call is RMB0.2 one minute.you can buy it in anyshop where repair phone.
