What would be the fastest route from the Marriott Great Wall Hotel to the Summer Palace and back? Thank you!

Do you mean Beijing Marriott City Wall Hotel (No.7 Jian Guo Men South Ave. Dong Cheng District)? You can take taxi to Summer Palace directly; the taxi fee is around CNY50.00 one way. Besides, you can take subway, get on subway line 1 from Jianguomen Station, and change to subway line 4 at Xidan, then get off at Beigongmen Station which is the north gat of Summer Palace.0

Take Metro 1 from Jianguomen to Xidan, transfer to Metro 4 from Xidan to Xiyuan.0
