Hi Am planning to go to Macau to ShenZhen...can you advise what is the best way..by ferry or bus? If ferry where to chatch the ferry from? and how much it cost and duration of ride

Well, you could take a ferry from New HK Macau Ferry Terminal to Shekou Port of Shenzhen in one hour. The ticket is 170RMB. Of course, you could go to Gongbei Port and then take a bus from Zhuhai to Shenzhen in 3 hours. The fare is about 90RMB.
