About:Hangzhou Weather

Hi, I plan to visit Hangzhou, Shangahi & Suzhou in the first week of January. What will be the climate during this period? How is the scenery in these area?

The scene, not too good. The average temperature at Jan is about 5C. Still a bit cold. Sweater plus overcoat is enough. Shanghai is similiar.
