i am vietnamese holding singapore PR. I intend to travel to hong kong and macau for holiday with my family from singapore in feb 2010.do i need to apply for a visa and where can i go to apply?

You need a visa to Hong Kong and a visa to Macau. You can apply for a Hong Kong visa at the Chinese embassy in Singapore. You can apply for a visa on arrval when you arrive in Macau.
