I will be going with my family to Shanghai,Hangzhou & Suzhou from 18 Dec to 25 Dec. How is the weather then? Is it colder than beijing ?Thanks

No, not colder than Beijing, but Beijing is drier. It is about 10-15C if the weather is fine. When the cold air flows, it may drop 6-8C off, or perhaps below zero. Still need to keep warm. Generally speaking, sweater and overcoat is enough.
