Hi its gina from philippinesThe foreign Experts Bureau ask me to process work visa in the chinese embassy in Hongkong and my visa notification is to process in the chinese embassy in hongkong but unfortunately, the chinese embassy in hongkong said i will go home to process it.Do I need to bring the visa notification back to foreign experts to change the form to apply in the philippines or no need and how many working days to process the z visa?what are the documents needed for me to apply the chinese z visa in the philippines? Pls i need your asap reply.i've been calling the chinese embassy in the philippines but its so difficult to reach. thanks

I think you have to ask the foreign Experts Bureau to change the form before you go back to Philippines to apply for the visa.The visa process takes 4 working days and there is express service.You need to prepare the following documents to apply for a Z visa.1. Applicant's passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.3. A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.4. Working Permits, such as: Working Permit issued to foreign experts by The State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Alien Employment License of the People's Republic of China issued by Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Letter of Invitation for Foreigners Engaged in Offshore Petroleum Operations in the People's Republic of China, etc.5. The applicant who will stay in China for more than 6 months shall provide a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen (Forms and the lists of designated hospital are available at the visa counter).
