I have a double entry F visa for China, I am going to Hong Kong in between my entries. Do I need to have any documents with me when I go to Hong Kong?

I am not quite understand your meaning.

Go to HK, no need some docs.

If you want to re-back to China mainland, your F visa required to have 1 entry remain.
