About:How to Buy Tickets

Hi

I will be traveling to China by 1st time, and my wife and 1 1/2 years daughter are coming as well. I need some advice regarding train transportation. Is it a safe way of transport, I mean I will not find any troubles or disturbances when traveling? Where and how can I buy my tickets? Do I need to buy them in advance and for how long? We'll be traveling from Xi'an to Beijing at the middle of November.

Cheers,
Roddy

Generally speaking, it is safe and easy to take train from Xian to Beijing. As the train tickets usually can only be purchased 10 days prior to the departure date, I suggest you reserve it from your hotel in Xian. I see there are descriptions of the trains on this webpage, you can try to get more information by checking them.
