About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

My Friend is travelling to Dublin in the Morning;is it possible for him to hand into the visa section 2 applications with all the revelent documents,for myself and my Son,my Friend is also applying for a visa

Yes, you can entrust your friend to apply for the visa for you on your behalf, but the visa application form must be filled and signed by yourself.
