Well, there is no direct bus between them. So, the easiest way should be taking a taxi from Pudong to reach there directly. The fare is about 250RMB, more or less.For a cheap one, you could use the airport shuttle bus   cab. This road is just 6kms away from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, so you could the airport shuttle bus Line 1 from Pudong to arrive at Hongqiao Airport firstly. Then, from Hongqiao, you could hire a cab to reach with a fare of about 20RMB.
