About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Can I buy a cell phone and mobile phone services at Beining airport? I will be in T-2 or T-3 terminal?

As far as I know, the SIM card for mobile phone could be bought at both T2 and T3, but there is no Selling Site for cell phone in the airport.

Aloha Mr. Damania!
My husband and I will be visiting Beijing for in March 2010 for 4 days, on the 5th day we will take a 1 day excursion to Xian then return to Beijing to fly out the next morning to Hong Kong.
Were you able to find the SIM card in T3? If so, where and how much was it? Would I be able to use it in Xian and Hong Kong too? Would appreciate any help you can give me.
