Sky Pier is the ferry terminal in Hong Kong Airport. I has direct ferry to Macau. You can take free shuttle bus from the airport area to the ferry terminal. It is turbojets, departing every 15 minutes.

I read on someone's note about going to Macau from HKIA that he went to the boat transfer deck area first to check in his turbojets ticket and then he didn't need to take his luggage because the staff will took care of it.
So it kinda make me confuse about going to Macau direct from HKIA by ferry
