The ferries from Hong Kong to Macau could be taken at two terminals. One is located at China Hong Kong City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, which could be in your walking-distance. The other one is located at Sheung Wan, which could be reached by Star Ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui.

Yes, the Hotel Royal, Macau supplies free shuttle bus at the terminal. But, the bus just leaves every 30 minutes. So, if you would like to save time, please hire a cab with a fare of no more than 20Mop.
