About:Visa Policy of China

I'm from the Philippines. Is it possible to change my L visa to F visa in China or Z visa given that I have a company sponsoring me? Or can i go to HK to get another visa?

As far as I know, you can change your L visa to F visa in China, but I don't hear some aliens who change their L visa to Z visa in China. I'm afriad that you have to go back to Philippines to apply for Z visa. Recently, Filipinos can't apply for Chinese visa in Hong Kong.
