The Chinese embassy in Madrid doesn't accept applications by post or all kind of express delivery. The Mail Back Service is not available, either. Applicants can entrust someone else, such as friends, relatives, travel agencies, (needless of Trust Deed) to submit applications and pick up visas on their behalf.
