Hello, my friend from the UK is trying to text (SMS) me here in China. He is putting 00 86 plus 11 digit mobile number. However i do not receive it. I receive a text saying message cannot be displayed, he is texting from an iphone - does this have something to do with it?Many thanks

Hi, it is right to dial 00 86    telephone number, i think the problem may be the type of the phone is different. Maybe she or he is sending you some kind of picture or voice message which you phone can not decode.
