About:Harbin Ice and Snow World

I would like to see the winter ice and snow festival in Harbin. My vacation starts Feb 1, 2010. Is it too late to go? Any suggestion?

The Ice and Snow Festival starts from Jan.5 annually. You will not catch the openning ceremony of the festival but you will also see ice sculptures as Feb sees heavy snow and the festival often lasts for 1 month.
