Hi, I am trying reach to EMS and they seem like do not to have any number or email address.
I bought some stuff some days ago and it has not arrived yet.

They gave me a tracking number but 信息提示:No information for this tracking.: EE022164261CN.
I am in Germany and sending this parcel to my pal in singapore.
