Hi, I am trying reach to EMS and they seem like do not to have any number or email address.
I bought some stuff some days ago and it has not arrived yet.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with EMS?
They gave me a tracking number but 信息提示:No information for this tracking.: EE022164261CN.
I am in Germany and sending this parcel to my pal in singapore.
I will appriciate any feedback.

Generally speaking, there will not be anything wrong with EMS. I think it must be the person who sell you the product play some tricks in order to get some money

Contacted them and made order.
This shop also recognize from oversea.
I don't get what you mean EMS no issue.
