About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Good day, I'm going to Shenzhen within this month and will stay there in less than 3 days. My question is, do I have to secure China VISA here in Philippines? Or can I get it in Hongkong at Lo Wu border crossing? Please advise. Thank you!

You'd better apply for the China visa in Philippines in advance, since some people say that the visa office at Luohu Port has stopped issue on arrival visas.
