About:China Work Visa

do i really need a seal authentication from china embassy philippines so that my school can process my sons visa? and with a 20,000 rmb bank account deposit?
i need advise..

I think you don't need the seal authentication from China embassy in philippines, you just have to present your son's birth certificate and your valid visa in China.
As for the bank statement, the China embassy haven't required it for the visa application, but if your school requires, you will have to provide it.
