The distance from Beijing to Lanzhou is about 1,800 kms, so I don't think it is a good idea to take a bus. Even if you take the fastest train, it will take about 17.5 hours. So, please use a flight, the real time infor of which could be searched at https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-flights/0
