Yes, I think the best place to buy original brands are in Hong Kong. In some big department stores, there are maybe sales in holidays, also outlets for sports brands. You can get to see at Yansha Outlets. The temperature is about 10-15C. Not rainy, but begin to getting cold and wintry.
