About:Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

I shall be visiting the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Yunshaping in the last week of October this year, and it would be useful to know whether it is likely to be:- cold? wet? snowy? It's hard to know what to take to wear - snowboots?

The temperature is estimated to be between 10 to 20 centigrade. And there is much rain in October.
