hello I'm from the philippines.My dad is working in china and i plan to visit him there next week, i understand that the consulate is on a holiday except 5,6. Question.. Is it possible for me to apply visa on the 5th pay an express processing, will i be able to get it the next day,6th then catch the 3pm flight to china?
