We are malaysian citizen, and my husband work in china, Shenzhen and holding work permit in china, so I and my two son will go over there on 11 Oct 2009 will stay more then 1 years  1) which type of visa we need to apply?2) can we apply in malaysian embassy?3) what document we need ?4) how long to process 5) isn't can be done before on 11 oct 20096) How the cost ?

mrs wong, hv u done all the visa application as my case is similar to you but we are going to suzhou for 2 yrs stay. i shall be going to china embassy for inquiry on coming monday.
