About:China Visa Exemption

I am a Japanese citizen who lives in the US with a green card. If I'm traveling from the US to China to attend a scientific conference (4 nights stay), do I need to obtain a Chinese visa, or am I exempt because I am a Japanese citizen? Thank you for your help.

If you have a valid Japanese passport, you don't need a visa.
