About:Shopping in Shenzhen

greetings I am from Tanzania and would like to know when is the best time for me to come to Guangzhou and i am looking to buy men garments and shoes can you please assist me where to buy the best place and small quantity, and a good place hotel to stay thank you

The best time to shopping in GuangZhou is 1th Oct. to 8th Oct. because it's the holiday and it would have a good discount.SHANG XIA JIU or BEIJING ROAD are the good place for shopping.Near there also have many hotel.
