About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Dear sir/madam

Im Ronald, I work her in Changchun, Jilin, China and my question is .. my passport was expired on June 29, 2010 and I plan to renew this year. Can i renew it? If i renew what is the requirements and how much the cost for renewal fee. Please advise me. Thanks and more power

I am a filipino cetizen, ofw based in chungchun , jilin. I work her almost 6 month and I would like to know of those requirements for renewing my passport and how much the cost for fees so that when i go in Philippine Embasy I know what I bring and i prepare the exact money .

You have to prepare:
Original Passport
Two (2) 1.77" x 1.37" recent photos
Duly accomplished application form
Fee: RMB 600 for 32 pages
RMB 700 for 64 pages

In case of lost passport, please submit the additional following documents:
Affidavit of Loss
Police Report
Photocopy of lost passport, if any
Copy of work contract/certificate of employment
Copy of residency permit
Fee: RMB 900 for 32 pages
RMB 1,400 for 64 pages
