Hi, I am Eileen form Singapore, Will be visiting Hainan soon. Have book ticket with Tiger airway from Singapore (Singapore Changi Airport) to Haikuo (Meilan International Airport) and will be staying there for 6 night and leaving with Jetstar airway from Haikuo airport to Singapore. Will like to konw do we need to apply for Visa? and what is the chargers, how long in advance do we need to submit the application?
