Mr JulesI am helping a personal friend, she is a china citizen and she has overstayed for 6 months here in Malaysia. Her visa/passport has expired and she has absolutely no experience in this matter. She was previously working with an escort agency, which was suppose to handle her passport/visa issue. Now she wants to get back to china but she is unsure what to do. Her previous company has been dragging this issue for almost a year. What kind of document is needed for her to reissue her passport/visa and get back to china ?
